What is CGST & SGST?

CGST (Central Goods and Services Tax) and SGST (State Goods and Services Tax) are the two components that make up India's 18% GST on most education services and SaaS subscriptions. Each is 9%. For inter-state transactions, a single 18% IGST is applied instead.
