Admission Number
A unique identifier assigned to a student at the time of admission to track their academic journey across the institute.
Biometric Attendance
Attendance marked automatically when a student or staff member taps their fingerprint, face, or RFID card on a device — eliminating manual rolls.
CGST & SGST
Central GST and State GST — the two halves of the 18% Goods and Services Tax applied to most education services and SaaS in India.
DPDP Act 2023
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — the data privacy law that governs how student and parent data must be stored, processed, and deleted.
Fee Defaulter
A student whose fees are overdue beyond the institute's grace period, typically requiring follow-up via SMS, calls, or sometimes service suspension.
GSTIN
A 15-character Goods and Services Tax Identification Number that every GST-registered institute must show on fee receipts and invoices.
Hostel Allocation
The process of assigning students to hostel rooms, beds, and wardens — usually combined with mess plans and hostel fee collection.
Institute Management Software
A cloud-based platform that automates admissions, fees, attendance, exams, communication and reporting for an entire educational institute from one dashboard.
JEE / NEET Coaching
Coaching centres that prepare students for India's engineering (JEE) and medical (NEET) entrance examinations.
Lead CRM

Multi-Tenant SaaS
