Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Coach Sutra's software-as-a-service platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Coach Sutra, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind your organisation to these Terms, and have read and understood this agreement.
2. Service Description
Coach Sutra provides a cloud-based institute management platform including student management, fee collection, attendance, examinations, and related services ("Services") on a subscription basis.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period
- Annual plans are non-refundable except within 14 days of first purchase
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a free trial period as specified at signup. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, use the platform for illegal activities, resell or sublicense access without written permission, or interfere with platform availability.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Coach Sutra. We act as a data processor on your behalf. Upon account termination, your data is available for export for 90 days.
7. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance will be notified 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, internet failures, or force majeure events.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Sutra's liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your data remains available for 90 days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
