A typical morning at a Coach Sutra school
7:45 AM — Buses pull into the gate. The transport coordinator's mobile app shows which bus arrived early, which is delayed, and which student got down at which stop. Parents whose children boarded their bus 15 minutes ago already received an SMS: "Aarav boarded Bus #4 at 7:32 AM. ETA school 7:55 AM."
8:00 AM — First bell. As students walk past the biometric scanner at the main door, attendance is marked automatically. Class teachers' phones are already showing today's attendance grid for their class. Anyone absent triggers an SMS to that student's parent at 8:15 AM, with the front-desk admin getting a "5 students absent without prior leave" notification.
8:30 AM — Accountant logs in. Yesterday's online fee payments have already auto-reconciled — Razorpay settlements matched against fee dues. Today's defaulter list shows 12 students whose Q2 instalment is past due. One click sends a personalised SMS to their parents with a payment link.
